Because of the technical needs and special fabrication requirements of our projects, we do stay involved as project managers during construction in order to be sure all elements are properly integrated and adhere to the original design and vision as approved by you and the client.
We are flexible in our contracting and payment terms. We can either invoice the client directly for our portion of the project or contract through your company as a partner.
